Professional Pre-Employment Training & Placement Program

We invite qualified caregivers to participate in our proprietary training program, designed to standardize care quality across our network of MOH-licensed partner agencies.

  • Eligibility for Experienced Candidates: Caregivers with a minimum of 3 years of experience are eligible for direct placement recruitment upon completing our 500 SAR training module.

  • Pathways for New Candidates: Candidates with fewer than 3 years of experience are encouraged to enroll in our comprehensive 1,200 SAR training course. Placement recommendations are provided to those who successfully demonstrate clinical competency through our structured examination, return demonstration, and internship evaluations.
