Booking Policies for Bespoke Services
  1. Lead Time: Lifestyle services (Chefs, PAs, Party Coordinators) require at least 48 to 72 hours notice for scheduling.
  2. Minimum Booking: Most personal assistant and helper services have a 3-hour minimum to cover mobilization costs.
  3. Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  4. Transportation: A flat fee of SAR 50 may be added for locations in far-reaching districts of Riyadh (e.g., Banban, Obhur-equivalent distances).
